Responsibility is the obligation and commitment that individual serves foroneself, others, collective, nation and society, which is achieved by consciousbehavior. Responsibility aims at two objects, to oneself and to society, whichis the obligation that we shall perform when surviving as a social roles. Seniorhigh school stage is the important period that students establish their lifeoutlook and world outlook, also is the period that students have most thirsty forknowledge and are brave in pursuing truth. The education in this period will affectone’s morality and lifetime development. If youth students possess highresponsibility will affect whole nation’s development and future.Moral decline as a social problem, family education as a result of leak, moraleducation at school as a result of ignore, all these lead to the leak ofresponsibility to current senior high school students, it is urgent to enhanceresponsibility education for senior high school students. There are abundantresources for responsibility education in history, to enhance to train thestudents’responsibility in history course is a education problems that shouldnot be neglected. But in current education circles, it is not only a little toresearch the problems, but focus on training students social responsibility, notrelated to other fields of responsibility.This paper first introduced the researching profile related to theresponsibility problems at home and abroad, analyzed the weak area for furtherresearch. It also clarified the necessity and feasibility to train senior highschool students,responsibility in history course, it is hard to read the researchthat analyzed the advantage of history course serving for responsibility training,so this paper specially analyzed the strength that history course dedicated toenhance students,responsibility education, and proposed the idea to train studentsresponsibility by combining with Confucianism.Then this paper emphatically analyzed how to train students’responsibilityin history course, the responsibility is divided by self-responsibility andsocial-responsibility. Self-responsibility is included by self-love, self-respect, self-discipline and self-improvement, which social responsibilityis included by family-responsibility,others-responsibility,ollective-responsibility, nation-responsibility and ecology-responsibility, allthese responsibilitys should be connected closely with history course content.This portion is the special content in this paper, which classifiedresponsibility, combined with specific historical facts, we hope it can attracthistory tutor’s attention, to help them focus on relative material that relatedwith responsibility training, which are often be neglected. This paper analyzedhow to strengthen students responsibility education in both classroom teachingand outside class teaching, focus on approach and methods. At last, this paperproposed a lot of simple and limited ideas, hope for getting more researching inthe area.
