Design And Application Of Survey System On Fresh Graduates’Satisfaction Towards University Service

With the popularization of China’s higher education,colleges scale expandcontinually,students intend to diversify.The pattern of higher education managementbecome based on students’ need for a “bottom-up” pattern ect.These objectiverunning environment demand for some surveys about students’ satisfaction towarduniversity service.Thought these survrys and anslysis,colleges can really get theproblems with university service form the perspective of students.And therefore,inorder to improve the students’ satisfaction of university service,it’s clear that thefuture of the survey will become an indispensable tool.With this tool colleges willcompete for more and better students,and help to promote positive and rapiddevelopment of universities.Now,although the content of the survey research formonefold to comprehensive and increasingly deepened,both in the survey model,or inthe practice and results analysis of the survey are not mature.And a national standardmodel and system of the survey has not been formed.At present,many surveys aboutstudents’ satisfaction put particular emphasis on teaching activities.while surveystoward auxiliary teaching activities and teaching management of institutions ofhigher learning are less.Therefore,from the perspective of students’ actualdemand,we need to bulid a model and develop an efficient,practical,andcomprehensive tool for the students’ satisfaction survey.With the development and popularity of internet technology, compared to thetraditional paper questionnaire, the web-based surveys have become more convenientand more efficient.For universities, through web-based surveys not only can greatlysave manpower and material resources, but also speed up the construction of digitalcampus and promote the process of college information.By analyzing some of the classic home and abroad customer satisfaction model,this study designed the model and the indicator system of surveys on fresh graduates’satisfaction toward university service. The design steps and the development processof survey system on fresh graduates’ satisfaction towards university service aredescribed in detail in this paper. And J2EE architecture, MVC design pattern, Strutsframework, Hibernate and Spring Framework are briefly introduced in this paper aswell. And then use those technologies developed a survey system on fresh graduates’satisfaction towards university service on the J2EE platform. The survey system hasbeen installed and put into use in our campus websites. And it’s received the praise ofthe relevant departments. The development and application of this system not only provided a good solution for students’ satisfaction surveys about university service,but also solved some thorny and practical problems in our university management.
