| Abstract: This paper takes a class of the first grade from limu primary school of JiangdongDistrict in Ningbo city as an example by using the method of observation, interview, questionnairesurvey and other research methods, and analysised the social adaptability of the first grade studentsspecifically from such five aspects as rules, tasks, independent living, interpersonal ability andpsychology. Results showed that, in the early opening of the term, their social adaptations aretotally in good condition, and in the five aspects, the psychological aspect is of optimal adaptiveIn the aspect of rules adaptation, there are more problems in just the first few days, but withthe passage of time and the proper guidance of teachers, their adaptability development transitionedto a stable period.In the aspect of task adaptation, their situation of finishing homework is better, but thestudents relatively neglected the oral work while pay much more attention to the written work; thesituation of class duty appears apparent difference; this difference comes from the students’ sex andliving habits. In addition, the collective sense of honor as well as the concept of teamwork is hardlyreflected in the process of class duty, so teachers should cultivate children’s collective sense ofhonor and the sense of mission in the usual teaching activities.In the aspect of the independence and self-care, overall situation of adaptation is still notoptimistic, it is often seen that the domesticated as parents arranged or parents alternative, whichdirectly influence the independent living habit of their children.In the aspect of interpersonal relation adaptation, teacher-student and peer interactionadaptation is better, but the situation of parent-child interaction is not ideal, parental educationalidea greatly affected density, reliability as well as validity of parent-child communication.Therefore, parents play decisive role in the whole process of social adaptation, and they are closelyrelated to the truth that children whether could form the good social adaptation abilityIn the aspect of psychological adaptation, although the fit situation overall better than severalother conditions, there are still some problems that cannot be ignored. Due to the dominant activitychange after entering primary school compared to the kindergarten, it make the student producesa" time difference", which requires teachers and parents to help children overcome this unease andcreate a relaxed, pleasant environment. Finally, on the basis of above adaptation research, combined with the kindergarten work, thispaper put forward several proposal that how to cultivate good social adaptation ability for the firstgrade students. |
