The Research On The Identification Of Socialist Core Value System For "Post-90s" College Students

The core value system is body and soul of social ideology. The SixthPlenum of the17th CPC Committee pointed out, the socialist core valuesystem is the soul of a country, the essence of advanced socialist culture,and determines the direction of socialism with Chinese characteristics."Post-90s" in recent years draws the attention and controversy, and nowthe group has become the main body of university students. In the era ofdeeper modernization and globalization day by day,"post-90s" universitystudents take on the historical important task of deepening reform andpromoting socialistic modernization. Whether they can establish thecorrect values will affect the national future development. Therefore,studying the status quo of "post-90s" university students’ identification ofthe socialist core value system, finding out the problems, and proposingeffective countermeasures to enhance the "post-90s" university students’identification of the socialist core value system is of great significance.This paper has five parts: the first part mainly introduces theresearch background, significance in theory and reality as well as acomprehensive literature review for studying current situation analysis,summed up the basic theories and methods of the research; the second partincludes the definition of related concepts, the overview of socialist corevalue system, and the necessity for " post-90s" university students’ toidentity the socialist core value system; basing on reading literature andempirical research that take the sample data of Shanghai city as anexample, the third part analyzes the present situation of "post-90s"university students’ identification of the socialist core value system; the fourth part elaborated problems of "post-90s" identifying the socialist corevalue system and reasons of these problems; the fifth part comes up withsome countermeasures to enhance "post-90s" university students identityof the socialist core value system.
