Personality education has become a global education of common concern hot issue. The personality is a person’s mental outlook reflects the overall sound personality, teenager education from the cultivation of personality. Many foreign countries in the education research center of gravity from the original "intellectual education", "cognitive education" to "personality". The teacher’s teaching idea and teaching key etc, directly affect students’ personality development, even determines the development level of education school personality. But, on the whole, the current teenagers watch the personality development status and the personality education level can’t adapt to the need of era, the heavy intelligence education of personality, light cancel prompt changes.This article through to domestic and international education history and status in quo of personality of the investigation, the concept of personality education content, goal, task and make expounded, and the education of personality do some methods and principles for education workers to explore, correct understanding and effective implementation of the personality education provides preliminary enlightenment and reference. In order to make my research more effective degrees and reliability, I make full use of the teaching practice of alignment with during the contact between teachers and students, the questionnaire and interviews, and make a simple statistics and analysis. With my education experience and drawing lessons from other teachers’ teaching experience, in this paper the sixth chapter from several perspectives:I try to do some of the personality education about historical figures of the teaching design, these design just my personal some opinions in the hope of better teaching high school students to cultivate characters sound personality. At the same time for promoting students’ teaching in historical figures obtained personality recognition ability, to realize the life migration education, student’s personal self perfect gradually make the meager strength. For other subjects research expected to implement education to offer reference and personality, make our students can develop sound personality.
