Research On Road Traffic Emergency Management

With the development of industrialization and urbanization, emergency incidents happen frequently, at the same time, emergencies have a bad effect on urban traffic, and the trend seems more obviously. Urban traffic is an important part of the city, and the traffic emergency management system as a main part of public safety emergency response system play an important role in protecting life and property safe, economic prosperity, so attention must be paid.Firstly, This paper describes the causes, characteristics, definition and classification of traffic emergencies, analyses its effect on urban traffic. Based on this, summer up the function that the traffic emergency management system must have. And Take Dalian for example, by analyzing the existing problems when responseing emergencies, build the frame of traffic emergency management system for Dalian. secondly, discuss the application of Maze algorithm in finding the shortest path. Including how to Modeling, how to link the real map to the program and how to find the shortest path. At last, study the Emergency control mechanism, list request when using warning equipments. Where to park emergency vehicles and propose the ideology of setting up traffic control zone, then according to different conditions, show traffic control zone in typical highway in figures.This paper focuses on the shortest path selection based on Maze algorithm when emergencies occur and traffic control for emergency scenes, maze algorithm can find the shortest path and the proposing of traffic control zone is good for incidents and rescuing.
