The second part, through its interpretation of the text of the study, literature classic original text of Marx’s concept of legal philosophy and academics formed of Marx’s concept of legal philosophy for a simple comb. The third part is the individual understanding for treatment of the concept of legal philosophy of the contemporary significance of Marx’s thought of legal philosophy.The purpose of this paper is to explore the implications of Marx’s thought of philosophy of law in contemporary China based on the analysis of Marx’s philosophy of law.First of all, from the theoretical point of view, research on Marx’s thought of legal philosophy pay close attention to problems of time, the thought of legal philosophy theory is the embodiment of the spirit of the times. Regardless what time, the contemporary significance of Marx’s concept of legal philosophy has one-sidedness and conventional characteristic. There exists argument between jurisprudence and legal philosophy in academic circles. The legal rule and its potency question is a foundational question of legal philosophy. Secondly, from the practical point of view, Marx’s thought of legal philosophy has great practical significance for China’s economic and social development.Without a doubt, Marx’s thought of philosophy of law is an important part of Marx thought system. It has a logical rich system. At the same time, it will further enrich the thought of Marx’s thought of legal philosophy.
