In a word, we want to build a new China". This new China is neither a soviet-style dictatorship of the proletariat and socialist society, nor the western bourgeois dictatorship and capitalist society. But it is the New-democracy society of socialism which has its special politic and economy and culture. This is a new kind of social development which is different from capitalism and socialism.With Mao Zedong as the core, after the foundation of Chinese communist party, they began to explore the concept of development which is the source of scientific development thought. Since the founding of the people and especially after the socialist basic is complete, with the recovery of national economy and the starts of the scale constructionsi in the aspect of economy, culture and politics and so on, it prompted the next generation of the party and state leaders such as Mao Zedong to think deeply about how to the problem of the development of the People’s Republic of China.
