The Chamber Of Commerce Governance Mechanism Research In Our Country

Modern chamber of commerce as a weapon to protect the interests of businessmen, wandering in between the government and the market, plays a unique role. There is no need to prove the urgency of the reform of governance of chamber of commerce, because of the unsound legal system about chamber of commerce, the complicated relationship between chambers of commerce and the government, and the unreasonable setting of the internal agencies. We need to start from the practice. The chamber of commerce is facing various problems in the process of governance, and based on this, we need to come up with some effective suggestions. The paper is on the basis of chamber of commerce in the practice, through the comparative analysis method, logical analysis method, normative analysis method, empirical analysis method and other research methods, compare and integrate the content of association of the chambers of commerce, the management features, the management present situation as well as the problem of the chamber of commerce management facing with in the practice. By investigating the internal agencies of the chamber of commerce, the operation mode, the governance mechanism of the chamber of commerce, and combining with the advanced management experience of other countries, the paper would put forward some reasonable suggestions to perfect the governance mechanism of chamber of commerce.Based on the management difficulties faced by chamber of commerce in China, This paper argues it should be necessary to combine with the foreign advanced management concept, refine the content of the articles of association of the chamber of commerce and set the internal agencies reasonably of the chamber of commerce and optimize the internal mechanism of chamber of commerce (including the decision-making mechanism, the incentive mechanism, the supervision mechanism, the talent mechanism, the finance mechanism, etc), as well as perfect the legislation and the relevant administrative management system of chamber of commerce, to solve the practical problems faced by the Chinese chamber of commerce in the process of governance. And, those measurments will make the chamber of commerce in our country towards a prosperous future.
