New Changes Of The Contemporary China’s Working Class And Education Countermeasures

As China’s leading class, the working class promoted the development ofChina’s advanced productive forces and all-round social progress. China’s workingclass is the strongest and most reliable force of the Communist Party’s classfoundation, and is the main force for building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the beginning of reform and opening up, historic changes happened in China’sworking class, and it is importantly theoretical and practically significant forconsolidating the party’s ruling foundation to study the new changes of contemporaryChina’s working class.Based on Marxist historical materialism and dialectical materialism, this articleanalyses the historical transformation of the working class in Marxist classics to thetraditional working class and the working class in contemporary sense. In accordancewith domestic and international economic, political and cultural environment of thenew development, this article analyses the new change of the working class incontemporary China and the new features and challenges. This article discussed theinfluences of international environment from three aspects, such as economicglobalization, the science and technology revolution and abroad social trend;discusses the influences of domestic factors such as “reform and opening up”, marketeconomy and industry structure adjustment; discusses the influences of absorbingtalent in to the new social class and improving the quality itself.Finally, based on the new changes of the contemporary working class,introduces countermeasures to maintain the advanced nature of the working class,and discusses the measures of strengthening the theory of the working class,strengthening the education of party’s advanced nature, strengthening the workingclass, strengthening the construction of advancing culture in China.
