Abstract/Summary:
Post-World War II, the technological revolution, the industrial revolution and capitalist countries, such as self-regulation work together to promote a number of factors, the developed capitalist countries the working class has undergone major changes in the internal structure of the emergence of early capitalism and the working class in different the number of new cases. These changes in the working class itself, the world socialist movement have had no small impact, then Marxism made a lot of new issues, brings many challenges.Therefore, a careful study of changes in contemporary developed capitalist countries the internal structure of the working class, the causes and effects of future trends analysis of capitalism and the international workers’ movement has important theoretical and practical value.The founders of Marxism has made it clear that the working class does not own the means of production is due, but had to rely on selling their labor to sustain modern life class wage earners. Early in the working class in capitalist society is mainly industrial workers, they are concentrated in the material production sectors, engaged in physical labor, low living standards.After World War II, the developed capitalist countries the internal structure of the working class has a lot of new changes, mainly in the following aspects:First, changes in the structure of employment of the working class, in the proportion of the number of material production sectors declining labor,engaged in non-material production the proportion of the number of sectors of the rapid rise of labor; second, changes in the occupational structure of the working class, increasing the number of staff; and third, changes in the structure of the working class skills, skilled and semi-skilled workers increasing; fourth, the working class and gender structure and nationality structure changes, the proportion of female workers and foreign workers is increasing. Resulting in contemporary capitalist countries, the working classto change the internal structure of reasons, mainly in the following three aspects: First, the development of science and technology is the fundamental structural changes within the working class motivation; secondly, changes in the industrial structure and employment structure is within the working class direct cause structural changes; and finally, the capitalist structure of self-regulation is an important cause of structural changes within the working class.Changes in the structure of the contemporary working class within countries developed capitalist itself not only on the working class, class consciousness and revolutionary consciousness of the working class and the working class and other revolutionary movement had a tremendous impact.This affects both the negative aspects, there are also positive aspects.
