Research On Public Safety Management In Community In Zengcheng City

Community is the basic element of the city, but also the major carriers of improvingurban management and function of the city. Community harmony is the basis for socialharmony. With the increasing frequency of urban accidents and disasters, the problem ofurban public safety becoming more and more serious, which results in the increasinglyalarming of economic losses and social consequences. So, actively research the communitypublic safety management, which is of great significance to promoted deeper research ofUrban Public Management Theory and Community Development Theory, to improve thestructure of urban governance and to enhance the security level of city.This paper sorts out and analyzies the main content of the community, public safety andpublic safety management, and elaborates the necessary basic theories and research methods.Combining theory with practice. I investigated the status of the community public safetymanagement of Zengcheng, which including the existing basis for the work and the currentchallenges followed by the emphasizing on the analysis of the current public safetycommunity problems in the management, and discussed the reasons for these problems indetail.Urban community public safety management is a systematic project with complexfactors including the natural environment, political, economic, cultural, Public health, andscientific and technological information.The last part of the article is based on systematicanalysis of the structure of writing. First, I clarify the basic principles should adhere to of theZengcheng community public safety management, then put forward integrated countermeasures from various angles; emphasis on investigation and analysis，improve public safetymanagement plan; optimize the allocation of resources，and improve the infrastrueture ofpublic management; strengthen team building and raising the over all quality of managementpersonnel; improve laws and regulations, optimize the safety management operationmechanism; expansion of social participation, build community interaction managementmodel; enhance publicity and education, promoting community safety culture.
