Research On The Construction Of University’s Incorrupt Culture

The clean governance culture of university means ethnography in a specific culture of universities which use education and publicity of clean politics as an approach, the organization and system of clean politics as a guarantee. The clean governance culture of university is a combination of university’s culture and clean politics. The clean governance culture of university is the needs for training of high-quality talents and core competitiveness. It doesn’t only means a lot to the university itself and also means a lot of to the construction of the system of combating corruption and building a clean government.This paper adopted multiple research method, including document research and case study. Based on document research, which means the documents we have in hand, we had learned the basic facts of ethical culture construction among the universities, so that we can be fully prepared for the following study. While case study is one of the major methods which was adopted in this paper. According to detailed investigation and analysis on the ethical culture construction of H university, it can be concluded that there are both success and problems exist about the ethical culture construction of the university. As well, we can provide solutions for the problems.The researching purpose of this article is the clean governance culture construction of university. First, this paper gives a brief state of the clean governance culture construction of university. It mainly introduced the definition, content, value and basis. The second part is the key point and innovation of this paper which the author spend a lot of words to introduce the clean governance culture construction of H university. The second part is based on the timeline to introduce the development and achievement of H University. After that, author gives a detailed introduction of the problems in the clean governance culture construction of universities in our country. Those problems include short of system and guarantee, untargeted, ineffectiveness, same content and form.
