Marxism is a scientific and advanced theory proved by practice.With the guidance of Marxism, Chinese Communist Party gets thesuccess of revolution and great achievements of the reform andopening-up policy. Under the background of the changes of partyconditions, national conditions and the world situation, on the17thnational congress, the CPC put forward the promotion of thepopularization of Marxism is the most important assignment. In the newepoch, whether we realize the popularization relates to the consolidationof CPC’s foundation power, and relates to the process of building theChinese characteristics socialism. So achieving Marist Popularization isan urgent task.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the definitionof the concept and the explanation of the related theories. First, itillustrates what Marxism is, in addition, it analyzes the differences andthe relations between the Popularization and Sinicization of Marxism.Second, it analyzes the fundamental basis we promote the process ofMarxism on. The second part sorts out the history about the developmentof Marxism. On the basis, the author sums up experience and lessons.The third part is aimed at learning from the experience of history development which was combined with the New features of socialdevelopment in China, the author explores the effect methods and meansof realizing Marxist Popularization from five perspectives: the innovationof the explaining reading with practical principles, the creation of theways of education, establishing the system of popularization and pushingahead the Marxist popularization with depending on the pubic policies.
