President Hu Jintao of the CPC 17th National Congress pointed out that"Carry out the activities of propagandizing the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics to promote the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China."It should be said that researching those ways has important practical significance. Popularization of Marxism in contemporary China, that is, popularization of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, is to make this theory change from abstract into concrete, into a user-friendly by the esoteric speculation, understood and mastered by the small number of people to the general masses and make it into the masses of people ideas and values, which melt into self-conscious lifestyles and behavior. Popularization is Marxism's fundamental properties and an inevitable requirement. In the Chinese revolution and the great practice of reform, the popularization of Marxism and Marxism in China is the same process. Because of the impact of cultural diversity in the world, the masses have different thoughts and feelings, values, habits, cultural practices, cognitive level, etc., everyone with more and more dominant personality traits. This requires us to realize the popularization of Marxism. Marxist's popularization is a process that the principles of Marxist melt into masses'thoughts and develop, from perceiving to self-identity and then changing. The popularization of Marxism in contemporary China is also a process that the theoretical system becomes common view of the whole country. It also analyzes the necessity of contemporary Chinese Marxism from the perspective of internal and external: the Popularization is an essential requirement of Marxist theory, and it is the recessive conditions in the international competition to safeguard national security, and it is the needs of the individual overall development in diverse background. The second part describes the progress of the contemporary Chinese Marxism, including the great achievements in the theory and practical experience made by the Chinese Communist Party during the revolution and construction (such as communication means, methods, etc.). It also mentions some problems in the spread of education methods and theories, in a word"satisfy the research of inheritors, ignore the analysis of audiences", finally analyzes the audiences'psychology, and tries to find where the crux is, so as to solve the problem. The third part is an important part of this article. It focuses on promoting the main methods and means of the popularization of contemporary Marxism. Theory building should achieve the theoretical innovation, integrate theory with practice, seek innovative approach, and select multi-level content; channel construction is to analyze the different audiences and different media characteristics and find targeted recommendations including ways and means, communication skills in the process of the Marxist Popularization, such as respecting the regularity of choice, making full use of interpersonal influences. And the building for the external environment should be discussed, mainly for theoretical innovation, communication effectiveness and the evaluation mechanisms. A sound, comprehensive research and evaluation mechanisms and smooth communication channel is to create a prerequisite for a good atmosphere of public opinion. |
