Marxism’s Theory Of Historical Progress And Its Contemporary Value

Since the birth of capitalist society,the productive forces have achieved huge development.However,various kinds of social problems have coming with the development,and many problems that remain unresolved for a long time,such as polarization of rich and poor,environmental pollution,ecological destruction,racial discrimination and so on.Hence,people began to query the matter of "Historical progress",whether human society is progressing or not.If has made progress,why not lots of social problems have been solved.If not,where is the future of human.The theory of Marxist historical progressivism which was the scientific theory of historical progress answered these questions.In the day when socialism with Chinese characteristics evolved new historical position,studying the theory of Marxist historical progressivism and deeply excavating its contemporary value has crucial theoretical and practical significances.On the basis of summarizing and referencing the research results of Marxist historical progressivism theory,we deeply explored the theory of Marxist historical progressivism and its contemporary value in this study.The main contents including: Firstly,to investigate the ideological origin and historical background of the Marxist historical progressivism theory.It is benefit to cognize the scientificity of the Marxist historical progressivism theory.Then,to expound the characteristic,dynamic system,evaluation scale and cost of the Marxist historical progressivism theory,aimed at profoundly grasping its main contents.Finally,we deeply explored the contemporary value of the Marxist historical progressivism theory from these aspects: focusing on productivity development,all-round free development of human,promoting ecological progress,accelerating the construction of an innovative country and so on.The theory of Marxist historical progressivism is an integrated system.In this study,we attempted to grasp the theory of Marxist historical progressivism.Meanwhile,conducting the correlation analysis of Marxist historical progressivism theory and using its basis opinion to analyze hot topics.However,it is not profound enough to analyze the specific problem,especially the contemporary value of Marxist historical progressivism theory has yet to be further explored.Therefore,it is hoped that the follow-up research will make a breakthrough in this field.
