The Moral Research Of Micro-Blog Area

Micro-Blog is an instant mini-sharing blog that allows users to update what they have seen, heard or thought by the ways such as personal SMS, websites, instant messaging software, external API interface and etc. Micro-Blog is the product coming with the process of information and socialization. It has become synonymous of freedom, equality for its unique real-time, fast, without centre, and other functions. Micro-Blog caused a huge social change. It affects every aspect of people’s lives, and plays an increasingly important role in the public sphere. Micro-Blog builds a positive impact on public morals construction, but it also caused a lot of public morals anomie. The reasons for morals anomie not only include psychological needs and technology dissimilation, but also include the socio-economic environment and humanity problems. In the principles of harmless, moderate, freedom, equality, justice, responsibility, integrity and respect, the main ways to improve the ethics of the Micro-Blog area are self-questioning as well as technical monitoring.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part begins with the definition of the Micro-Blog, analyzes how the Micro-Blog extend the breadth, interaction and depth of public sphere from the angles of internet technology development,users, the spread content and its propagation characteristics, and concludes the reasons for Micro-Blog rapid development and why it’s so welcomed by the people.The second part firstly discuss about the public morality, internet ethics and the morals of Micro-Blog area, especially focus on the connections and differences between them. Then it analyzes the situation of morals quo of Micro-Blog area from both the fields of Micro-Blog positive aspects of public morals and the anomie behavior in the Micro-Blog area of public morals.The third part deeply analyzes the causes of anomie behavior in the Micro-Blog area of public morals from three aspects such as individual psychological needs, technology dissimilation and the socio-economic environment. The fourth part firstly proposed a harmless, moderate, freedom, equality, justice, responsibility, integrity and respect as the eight ethical principles, then discussed the way to improve the public morals from four areas of ethical ideological and political education, laws and regulations, and technical monitoring.
