Labor relations refers to the entire social system and the labor process is directlyrelated to the social relationship, it is the embodiment of laborer individual and organizationand management between the most basic economic interest relationship. Current, ourcountry is in economic transition and the critical period of social transition, labor relationsbetween market and complex, diverse characteristics, and have become to affect theeconomy, society to coordinate development of social problems. Promote the constructionof the harmonious labor relations will help to straighten out the relations between variousinterests, safeguard laborer ’s rights and promote the development of enterprises, help tomaintain political stability, promote social harmony, to promote social benign operation.Therefore, the labor relation legal operation of the existing main problems and their causes,solutions and suggestions of research it is very necessary.Especially for Qingdao, to accelerate the transformation of economic developmentmode,the implementation of the blue economic zone strategy henceforth a period, more isneeded to fully understand and clear the current labor relations importance and urgency.Grab catch" with the Central Bay protection, Yong Bay development opportunities andaccelerate the"" Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone" economic construction further,Qingdao city social structure, industrial structure will enter rapid movements of the period,the social problems will have increasing trend, and increasingly complex. The laborrelationship between enterprise and worker will change with time, some long-standingcontradiction of labor relation in the near future will likely emerge, may also bring out somenew problems.
