Marx’s Labor-Capital Relations Theory Form The Vision Of Ethics

Since the reform and opening up to30years, the development of private economy dominated our country socialist marketing economy. It is important to our whole national economy. The capital-labor conflict becomes more serious nowadays which reflects the inequality of distribution in rights and interests. A "strong capital, weak labor"relation pattern was established."Fox Conn Event"causes a bad influence in China. Meanwhile, we should pay attention to the capital-labor problem in order to establish the harmony labor relation. Based on Marx labor relation theory and his research methods, we may go further research on labor relations in private economy at present. Under the premise of persisting and inheriting Marx labor relation theory, we should work harder to find its historical connotation, broaden the research field of vision. Eventually, we may get the humanistic interpretation form Marx labor relations theory.This paper takes Marx labor relation theory as the foundation stone. Based on the Chinese socialist marketing economy and the present situation of labor relations, this paper was used to analyses capital-labor relations from three main line "the labor value theory of Marx"、"people’s free and overall development theory of Marx"、"scientific development view". I hope to make contribution for constructing a harmonious labor relation research.Full paper is divided into four sections.In the first section, this paper expounds Marx labor relation theory. Firstly, it points out the connotation and characteristics of labor relation further analysis the main content of capitalism labor relation; finally reveal the exploitation between bourgeoisie and proletariat.In the second section, it explains the current status and exiting problems in labor relation of private company. Form labor relation essence, it specific analysis the double attributes of private enterprise labor relation.In the third section, I try to interpret Marx’s labor relation theory in ethics way form three main line "the labor value theory of Marx"、"people’s free and overall development theory of Marx"、"scientific development view".Eventually, I got the enlightenment how to establish harmonious labor-capital relations. Through the humanistic view on "power for people" of government,"people oriented" enterprise core culture in the process of developing, coordinating mechanism in effective combination among government, enterprise and trade union.
