Underground banks exist and there aremany economic factors, not entirely China’s market economic system hasa great relationship. The third chapter is around involving the CriminalRegulation of underground banks to start combing analysis. At present,the master of the underground banking-related crimes by illegallyabsorbing deposits from the public crime, money laundering, and illegalbusiness operations regulation, but has many disadvantages and is notperfect.
