These two reasons lead to the underground banks'development.Despite the emergence of the underground banks seem to help to solve the credit problems of small and medium enterprises, In fact it has harmed the ordinary running of the national financial system and encouraged the the arrogance of money laundering and other crimes. In view of this, on the basis of expounding the present situation, causes of underground banks and other various illegal and criminal issues involved, the paper analyzes the current actual dlmcult problem on fighting against the underground banks, and puts forward some specific recommendations for preventing the emergence and development of underground banks.
