The Research Of China’s Current Constitutional System Construction

The constitution is the fundamental law of the state; it stipulates the basic system and basic tasks of the state. The constitutional government is the democratic politics which is based on the constitution to govern the country. The construction of constitutionalism system is the inevitable process of building a legal state, political civilization and institutional power. To strengthen the construction of constitutional government in China, who must treat the constitution seriously, attach great importance to constitutional supervision; to strengthen and improve the system of people’s congresses; attach great importance to the construction of the a specific procedure of the constitutional system; to strengthen and improve the leadership of the party, and the development of democracy of the party; besides, who must learn from the achievements of political civilization of mankind.This paper reviews China’s road of the constitutionalism construction, leading Chinese constitutionalism development’s current situation to analyze the importance and urgency of Chinese Constitutional Government road, and try to find the existing questions of China’s current constitutional system construction, for coming up with the constructive conception of the development of the constitutional system construction.
