The Research On Construction On The Energy Cooperative Legal Mechanism Between China And Russia

Energy is an important component of the global geopolitical strategy. All the countriesregard it as one of the most concerned questions to measure the economic development andnational strong.China and Russia is friendly neighbors with a unique advantage of cooperation. Theyhave a model of cooperation in the fields of political, economic and cultural. This laid a solidfoundation for energy cooperation between China and Russia. In this paper, it analyzes thelegal mechanism of international energy cooperation in the beginning, elaborates the statusand prospects of China and Russia Energy Cooperation and its impact, and uses the inductiveand deductive method, comparative analysis, historical analysis, laws interpretation method,combination of macro and micro view, and sum up and deduce the logic research methods.It points out feasibility to establish the energy cooperation legal mechanism between Chinaand Russia through analyzing the important influence of Chinese and Russian energycooperation in detail. Finally, this paper puts forward the picture of legal mechanism onenergy cooperation between China and Russia. This has positive importance onimplementation of sustainable development of China’s energy strategy, realization the“diversity” of energy import and “going out” strategy of energy industry.
