The Study On The Innovation Of Social Management Of Xinzheng In Henan Province

County level administrative regions, as the core and the most basic element of the Chinese administrative system, are the major bonds balancing the development among cities and the key point deciding whether the national policies are effective。They are traditionally considered as an important resource of social contradictions and problems。 Thus, the harmony of county is closely connected with the stability of the whole country。 Therefore, how to strengthen the innovation on social management in county is not only the consideration of all levels of Party committees but also the focus of the academia。It is especially important to strengthen the innovation activities in the context of social transformation because it has important practical significance to improve the theory of China’s grass-roots social management and guide the work of grass-roots social management innovation。Based on this, this paper chose Xinzheng (county-level city) which is one of the integrated pilots selected by the Central Political and Law Commission, as the research object of county social management innovation。Also, this paper conducted serious researches on the activity of social management innovation with the theme "balance urban and rural development, promote the equalization of public services"。The paper used the Marxism Historical Materialism a guide, adopting the case study method and the method of theoretical analysis with data collection to study the social management innovation activities, then conclude the weakness and strengths of the activities in Xinzheng City。Based on the study, the paper propose suggestions to further strengthen and innovate the work of the public administration management, expected to provide theoretical support and decision-making basis of the reference for the further innovation on the social management in this city。This paper consists of introduction, text and conclusion of three parts。The first part, namely the introduction, expounds mainly expatiates the the research background, the research value and the institute of the basic theory and method, and analyzes the connotation of the social management innovation county。The second part, that is the main part of the paper, mainly includes three aspects: one is introduced in Xinzheng city Henan province (county’or city) social management innovation reasons, and on the social management innovation practice activity summarized;2it is expounded the social management innovation in Xinzheng city results, and the city to restrict to further strengthen and social management innovation to make an analysis of the factors; With the development of the three is in Xinzheng city practical and own understanding of it proposes the solution measures。The third part, that is the conclusion, is mainly to the main ideas of the papers are summarized, and points out that the study the problems and the research of sustainability。...
