Earch On The Resproblems And Countermeasures Of Social Management Innovation In Liaoning Province

Social management innovation is the important strategic judgment and workarrangement made by the CPC Central Committee in the period of the importantstrategic opportunities for economic and social development in China. According tothe theory of strategic management in government of Mark H. Moore, a professor ofHarvard University in the USA, this thesis researches and interprets the practice ofsocial management innovation in Liaoning Province, and for improving the socialmanagement innovation of the Party committees at all levels and the People’sGovernment in Liaoning Province, the interpretations and research are of certainreference significance.This thesis consists of five parts. The first part, introduction, introduces theorigin of the problem and the basis of the thesis, the purpose and significance of theresearch, literature review, innovation, data collection, and research methods. Thesecond part, the definition of related concepts and theoretical explanation, defines theconcept of society, the concept of social management, and the concept of socialmanagement innovation, and expounds the theory of strategic management ingovernment of Mark H. Moore. According to the theory of strategic management ingovernment of Mark H. Moore, part there analyzes and interprets the present situationof social management innovation in Liaoning Province from the level of the values,the institutional design, and the operation of institution of the social managementinnovation. Part four points out the problems of social management innovation inLiaoning Province from the level of the values, the institutional design, and theoperation of institution of the social management innovation. Part five proposes thecountermeasures for resolving the problems of social management innovation inLiaoning Province.This thesis applies system research method, literature research method, andempirical research method in the research of social management innovation inLiaoning Province. According to the theory of strategic management in government,the thesis puts forward the thinking and countermeasures for resolving the problems of social management innovation in Liaoning Province.
