A Study On The Problem Of The Social Organizations Participating In The Precise Poverty Alleviation In Henan Province

As a large agricultural and populous province,Henan presents the characteristics of large-scale poverty population,complex causes of poverty,deep poverty,and difficulty in poverty alleviation.At present,all the 53 impoverished counties in Henan Province have taken off their hats and achieved the goal of poverty alleviation.Among them,social organizations participated in targeted poverty alleviation through multiple models,multiple channels,and multiple methods,and played an important role in the fight against poverty in Henan Province.However,there are still problems such as low participation rate of social organizations,insufficient connection between participation in poverty alleviation projects and the needs of the poor,and insufficient sustainability of poverty alleviation effects,which has led to poor people being lifted out of poverty and easy to return to poverty,and they are weak in resisting risks when encountering major changes,and it is difficult to achieve livelihoods.Sustainable.As an important participant in social governance innovation,social organizations how to participate in poverty governance,what kind of policy support they need,and which participation model to adopt,are important issues that need to be further explored in the innovation of my country’s poverty governance system and the optimization of the people’s livelihood security system.Enhancing the participation of social organizations in research on poverty governance and giving play to the role of social organizations in poverty reduction is of great significance for improving my country’s poverty governance model and promoting national poverty reduction.This article mainly adopts literature analysis method,case study method,investigation research method and comparative research method.It is based on collaborative governance theory,social capital theory,and sustainable livelihood theory,and clarifies the participation of social organizations by combing the relevant research results of other scholars.The research status of targeted poverty alleviation explains the core concepts and theoretical basis of social organization and targeted poverty alleviation.At the same time,it summarizes the modes and characteristics of Henan social organizations participating in targeted poverty alleviation.Through the results of questionnaire surveys and interviews,we focus on analyzing the participation of Henan social organizations in targeted poverty alleviation.Practical dilemmas mainly include the imperfect legal system of social organizations’ participation in targeted poverty alleviation,insufficient capacity of social organizations in poverty alleviation,and insufficient credibility of social organizations,etc.,and then build a countermeasure research framework for social organizations in Henan Province to participate in targeted poverty alleviation,and propose to improve the precision of social organization participation Recommendations on the system of poverty alleviation,strengthening social organizations’ participation in targeted poverty alleviation capacity building,and accelerating the participation of social organizations in the construction of targeted poverty alleviation platforms,provide policy support for stimulating the vitality of social organizations in Henan Province to participate in poverty alleviation.
