Justice is a hot issue in today’s academia, impartial research both from the concern of the reality of injustice, but also scholars of a conscious theoretical thinking. Fair ideology of Marxism in contemporary China, to explore in depth, to clarify the past impartial study of the many errors of understanding and solve contemporary social injustice, and to build the justice theory of contemporary Chinese characteristics has great significance and value. The idea of this study is: select Marx’s classic text, through in-depth interpretation of Marx’s criticism of a variety of errors was fair thinking negative rendering of Marx’s views of justice, and thus be summarized in a general sense the methodological basis and substance of Marx’s views of justice and the historical senses, thus reveal the meaning of the Marx’s views of justice.Based on the above ideas, the thesis is divided into four parts:This paper describes the theoretical background and practical significance of Marx’s views of justice in the introductory chapter reviews the current research status and existing problems, presentation methods and ideas of this thesis. The first chapter focuses on understanding and analysis of the related concepts of Marx’s views of justice. First of justice, justice and the concept of justice, Discrimination, and then discusses the just general understanding and justice in the writings of Marx, to form a basic understanding of the concept of justice. In the second chapter, this article Begin to examine Marx fair view of the critical "Critique of the Gotha Program" presents. Karl Marx believed that the real justice is to do everything according to need. The premise condition of justice is that Workers own capital goods. Fair distribution doesn’t come from equitable distribution of the product of labor but come from that of capital goods. The specific ways of realizing justice is the abolition of classes and private ownership of production material.
