A Review On Hanfei’s Thought Of Rule By Law

This paper analyses the meaning and characteristics of the law existing in Hanfei’s thought of rule by law, as well as his legislative thought, the law enforcement idea, the thought of reward and punishment,which are based on the theoretical foundation of the forming of Hanfei’s thought of rule by law by reading Hanfeizi. Then it points out the rationality and limitation of Hanfei’s thought of rule by law as a highly practical political and legal theory.
