Social Work Intervention Services To Foster Children’s Rehabilitation And Special Education Mode Exploration

The family fostering is a kind of much more superior rescue mode to orphans and disabled children in our country. In recent years, fostering orphans and disabled children in rural areas has developed very quickly. The core theme of social work intervention is to explore how social work participates in the whole process of family fostering care from screening families to the evaluation of effects, combined with the realities of the fostering children, and how they actively optimize and combine various service resources to form a scientific and professional "rehabilitation+education+training+ evaluation" fostering children’ rehabilitation mode.The paper not only confirms the advantages of foster care in rural areas, but also concerns about the disadvantages of it, and offers lots of recommendations and measures from various aspects, such as strengthening professional construction, Construction of social rehabilitation services network, constructing social support system, promote the rapid development of community rehabilitation service, etc.
