However, the main aspects for commodity trading regulation considered at home and abroad are placed at export trading regulation or just confined to virtual commodity such as foreign currency and financial products. In pace with integration of global economy, most countries enhance the commodity trading regulation and revise related regulations for the sake of state security and government profits. Reminding of China which is an emerging market, much blank space for commodity trading regulation regulation appears. Subject investigated for this article is legal issues on commodity trading regulation.
