With the development of Internet, the number of people using network isgrowing fast, especially since the 21st century. According to the statistics,there are more than 500 million people using internet as at Dec 2011, and 356million people getting on the Internet by mobile phone. The quantity of Websitealso reached to 2296 thousand. Due to the convenient, fast and efficient,people communicate and propose their opinions on internet. Some peopleeven use the Internet as the tool of solving problems. When they found that,appeal to government department can not solve their problems, they wouldappeal to the internet, because there are so many people on the internet, hisproblem could be brought into focus and government department would beserious in tackling the problem. In recent years, network public opinion has setoff a wave on judiciary and it impacted the judicial processing in degrees.Considering such impacts, what kind of influences could network publicopinion give on judicial fairness? It is a matter of great public interest.How to set up an optimum interaction between network public opinion andjudicial fairness? This paper used it as a springboard to systemically analyzethe relationship between them, the good impacts on judicial fairness broughtby network public opinion, and the internal and external causes.The paper alsotried to find the balance point between them, which can give full play to theirintrinsic value, and eventually become conducive to the judicial regulation ofsociety.The first chapter, by using empirical method and case study, deeplydescribed the network public opinion and judicial fairness and analyzed theirimpacts. The second chapter, by using comparative analysis, comprehensivelyanalyzed the impacts on judicial fairness brought by network public opinion.The last chapter covered the realization of the optimum interaction betweennetwork public opinion and justice which led to judicial fairness. Lastly, theauthor proposed his recommendations. |
