Though the themes of the era are peace and development, the regional wars havenever stopped. A lasting and forever peace is the ultimate aim for human beings. Inorder to accomplish the giant aim, each country in the world has to unite and work hard.In order to catch up the trend of economic integration and world multipolarization, as adeveloping country, our country, steadfastly opening wider to the outside word andactively participating in international economic and technological cooperation andcompetition, committed to the world course. As a new member of the internationalmarket, a great many challenges are in front of us。How to break the old economicorder， promote the development of our country economy and realize nationalsovereignty and territorial integrity earlier are the urgent problems and we should solvethem without hesitation; how to deal with the ethnic and religious issues appropriately isalso very important, which concerns the stability of our country. The minority area islocated in the motherland western border, it occupies an important strategic position; atthe same time, their economy is relatively backward. Properly handle the problem ofour country nation, accelerate the local economic development, and narrows the gap ofthe economic development between the eastern and western parts of China is an urgentproblem to solve.
