At present, the center of international relations is transferring from theAtlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean. Asia, lying on the east of the AtlanticOcean and driven by the new emerging economic entity, is drawing more andmore international attention. The rising China poses a potential threat to theUS hegemony, forcing US to adjust its Asia-Pacific security policy. The realityis that US is on a relative declination, so the US declared its Strategy ofReturning to Asia in a high profile, and at the same time continued tostrengthen its existing bilateral alliance system in order to build a Asian NATOsimilar. With the hot issues like South China Sea, North Korea Crisis and so onas the breakthrough, US set various obstacles and spread China Threat tocreate the atmosphere for furthering its cooperation with the Asian countriesand integrating its framework of Asian Security Alliance. Based on the statusquo of the current Asia-Pacific security framework and new situations, thedissertation analyses the current US policy on Asia-Pacific security and itsdevelopment. Due to the more intervention, the Asia-Pacific situation isbecoming more and more complex and causing some negative influence toChina’s development and safety. In order to enjoy a stable neighboringsituation, China should pay much attention the US Asian policy and reacted ina positive and rational way. |
