Novels synchronized with movie and TV is a brand new and compelling contemporary cultural phenomenon. It is a new cultural form. With the help of the market mechanism and the high-tech, It successfully combines the ancient fictional art with the modern movie and TV art, and then spreads to the general audience. Despite the development of novels synchronized with movie and TV in the country has only more than ten years, but its power is not to be underestimated. It has already caused some impact on the traditional literature, so the majority of people are against of it. In this article, the phenomenon of novels synchronized with movie and TV are studied in the context of popular culture. And the author aims at investigating the question objectively and comprehensively. The article is made of the following parts:In the introduction part, firstly, based on the complexity of the current phenomenon, the author makes a specific consideration on the object of this study. Firstly, elucidating the objective reason, which is that the culture has been marked by commercialization and technicalization with the help of Market economy and modern technology.
