This study a questionnaire survey and case study to yangzhou and taizhou region4vocational colleges580student as the research object, using" the learning burnout scale ’,"the self-esteem scale" and "social support scale" survey analysis, understand born of vocational schools,learning burnout,self-esteem and social support condition; Explore self-esteem,social support and learning burnout the complicated relations among the three; Combined with case study puts forward some prevention, relieve or eliminate vocational schools,learning burnout suggestion, born to our vocational education development research to provide a new perspective.The results of the study indicate that:1. Common schools, born a degree of learning burnout phenomenon,overall in the medium level.2. Schools, learning burnout significantly birth gender difference:boys than girls learn burnout level,which is mainly manifested in the sense of achievement low factor; Vocational schools and learning burnout born factors are not significant grade differences, but three grade student learning burnout level than grade1or2; Schools have no significant life learning burnout differences, but the school category in achievement low factor there was a significant difference, secondary vocational students sense of achievement level is higher; Different professional vocational schools, born in learning burnout do not exist significant differences on workers and peasants, but Daniel medical class student learning is tired feeling stronger; Academic achievement of different schools was born in learning burnout and its factors exist on a extremely significant difference:academic achievement, the better, learning burnout level lower; Born from different schools in learning burnout and its factors significant differences:the cities student’s burnout, highest level urban students, the countryside student burnout second lowest level; Only children in learning with the only-child children do not exist significant differences on burnout; Family economic conditions of different schools was born in learning burnout do not exist significant differences in general; Family category of different schools was born in learning burnout do not exist significant differences on; Parents cultural level different schools was born in learning burnout do not exist significant differences on the cultural level, but the mother is in achievement low factor is extremely remarkable differences.3. Schools, born in self-esteem overall in the low-middle level.4. Schools, born in general social support in above the average level.5. Schools, self-esteem and learning burnout and born between each factor is extremely significant negative correlation, the higher the level of self-esteem, the lower level of learning burnout.6. Schools, social support and born factors and learning burnout and between factors significant negative correlation, namely, social support level higher, the lower learning burnout.7. Schools, social support and born between related factors and self-esteem is extremely remarkable that the higher level of self-esteem, the higher the level of social support.
