In2000years ago, Confucius put forward " teach students inaccordance with their aptitude". It gives us the enlightenment is: tounderstand students, in-depth, detailed observation of students,according to the different characteristics, have a definite object in viewof education, so education as much as possible consistent with theactual situation of students, so as to avoid the blindness. The studentsfrom the actual situation, give full play to their initiative, in order toensure the realization of the goal of training. At the same time tostudents who have common requirements, but also be good atdiscovering and training their expertise, to adapt to the individualdifferences, so only the best.With the implementation of quality education, education to allstudents, to cultivate all-round development of qualified personnel.Education requirements are increasingly high, and we teachersshoulder responsibility becomes increasingly heavy. The new conceptof education and teaching to inheritance, education should beconstantly learning, thinking.Chinese teaching is the main channel of classroom teaching, andin this part the teachers how to improve students Chinese learning level,how to improve their Chinese classroom instruction quality, has alwaysbeen the key problem, after a lot of practice has proved, in theclassroom teaching of layering teaching to improve students languagecomprehensive quality is very effective. The first chapter of this articledescribes the hierarchical teaching concept, interpretation of thestratified teaching theory basis and guiding ideology, analyzed theimplementation of stratified teaching necessity and feasibility, thesecond chapter elaborated the domestic and foreign research on thestratified teaching theory and practice, the third chapter elaborated our hierarchical teaching mode and Chinese classroom teachingimplementation strategy. The fourth chapter discusses well stratifiedteaching, should pay attention to several aspects. The fifth chapter is toimplement the layered teaching several ponders and the suggestion, inthe occupation school implements the lamination teaching is not onlynecessary, but also be imperative, only hierarchical teaching canimprove the overall level of occupation education, can really improvethe quality of laborer. In conclusion, this paper tries to hierarchicallanguage teaching and its strategies for a more systematic treatise, inorder to provide some reference to Chinese teaching.
