County is treated, the world security. Prefectural region is an important part of regional spatial level, to prefectural region governance is always the fundamental stability of state. In recent years, countries pay more attention to the development of prefectural region economy, and as the economic development of space vehicle, prefectural region spatial structure in development has play a decisive role. By optimizing the spatial structure to promote the economic development and progress, this concept of development has become the important means to promote development of prefectural region economy. At present, the optimal reorganization of regional spatial structure activity is often based on the development of the society and economy develop, which is very subjective. For example, the integration of urban and rural development as well as the township merge lacks scientific theory model to unified planning and arrangement.The research investigate the mechanism of action of the regional center system formation and development on the central place theory. On the basis of this, this article selects Dali County as the object of research. By using mathematical model and GIS technology, this study measure regional Centre for research on strength, and divides the center function structure, the analysis results are optimized, reasonable structure model for the center system.
