Based on the research about adolescents, affective quality,the paper carried out an in-depth study on self-strengthening feelingwhich is a part of life feeling. Self-strengthening feeling means that oneexpects to obtain self-development through overcoming the difficulties,and keeping enterprising actively, and belongs to the category ofaffective quality. As an important part of life feelings, self-strengtheningfeeling is not only the citizens basic moral norms, but also is the basiccontent of The school moral education. But there is little study aboutself-strengthening feeling in past times, and studies of adolescents,affective quality have showed that adolescents, self-strengtheningfeeling in China need to be improved. Therefore, it is very necessary todevelop the study of adolescents, self-strengthening feeling, it not onlyhas certain theory value, but also has very important practicalsignificance.Some psychology research methods such as literature review,individual interview, questionnaires investigation, field experiment areused in this essay. On this basis, the researcher investigates the currentstatus of adolescents, self-strengthening feeling. The researcher firstdevelops Adolescents, Self-strengthening Feeling SituationalQuestionnaire and Adolescents, Self-strengthening FeelingQuestionnaire of Influencing Factors which in good reliability andvalidity, and then use this two questionnaires to do the investigation, theresults explored the structure of self-strengthening feeling and itsinfluencing factors, revealed the important influencing factors ofadolescents, self-strengthening, and verified the feasibility andeffectiveness of the field teaching experiment method of trainingadolescents, self-strengthening feeling.The research indicates that: (1) Adolescents, Self-strengthening Feeling SituationalQuestionnaire and Adolescents, Self-strengthening FeelingQuestionnaire of Influencing Factors have a good reliability and validity,and can be used as the effective measurement tool.(2) The greatest influence of adolescents, self-strengtheningfeeling is competitive pressure, followed are teachers and peerssupports, school atmosphere and social example. Achievementmotivation and self-esteem play partial mediator factor role in therelationship between adolescents, self-strengthening feeling andenvironmental factors, like competitive pressure and schoolatmosphere.(3) The degree of adolescents, self-strengthening feeling is nothigh and needs to be improved. The mark of females is better than thatof males; the degree of adolescents, self-strengthening feeling emergesthe tendency of down then up with rising of the grade level; the level ofadolescents, The students who have the lowest self-evaluation oflearning performance shows the lowest level of self-strengtheningfeeling(4) It has the maneuverability and feasibility in practice throughthe field teaching interventions which combine the theory of cognitiveand emotional unity to improve the level of adolescents,self-strengthening feeling.
