Because Being always belongs to our own Being, and to be Dasein’s Being is determined by Being, it can ask for Being and make Being reveal Being itslef.Because dasein is the only revealer of Being.And to be ourselves, to return to ourselves, we have to listen to the call of the conscience, it calls us to get out of They, and to make us return to our own. The call of the conscience is dasein’s calling for his own, and the call could call dasein’s own free-will. Meanwhile the conscience also call ourselves, we do have a responsibility or liability for our own. Having conscience, is willing to choose their own innermost possibility and therefore takes the responsibility. To want to choose is to determine,dasein’s own living in the world is your determination and your judgement. But this doesn’t do it alone as a specific thing, and to see their ends and whole and to make a decision or choice, this is a first decision, and dasein has his own real self.
