God, Ghost and Deities are referred in Mozi, there is a systematically description of the God, Ghost and Deities in article Tianzhi and Minggui. The concept of Tianzhi and Minggui is a very special ideology in the thinkers of early Qin dynasty and Mozi’s ideology of respect the God has a very deep historical root, majorly from the concept of worship, the worship of ancestor, and has a close relationship with myth and sacrifice. According to the society of that time Mozi creates a special way of govern the country by reform, which has deterrence to the governor.But there are always different evolutions to Mozi’s ideology, and some people think his ideology has a realistic significance, while some others think it’s contradictory, and make no sense. This paper will study this ideology of Mozi’s by compare this ideology’s roots with some other thinkers as well as the ideology’s influence to Chinese culture, so that we can know more about Mozi, and give a reasonable explanation to his ideology.Mozi’s ideology of Tianzhi and Minggui is based on the concept of God and Ghost of early Qin dynasty and is affected by theory that man is an integral part of nature, according to the problems of the society, Tianzhi replaced the rational Destiny view and Minggui replaced the concept of God. These two parts have a major effect in Mozi’s ideological system, and is inseparable with Love Everyone, Death by Accident and thrifty on the funeral. Mozi’s ideology has very tiny changes in the coming years and it has very significant effect on Taoism and has very significant effect on the concept of persuading to be good from evil as well as the construction of national psychology.
