| This paper employs relevant theories and researching outcomes to look comprehensively into the five currently-published sets of Intermediate reading material(teaching Chinese as a foreign language), in terms of their style, amount of exercises, questions and content. It also aims to mirror the basic overview of the exercise-design embedded in these materials, together with individual differences by means of statistics, comparison and analysis. Finally, based on the general principle of exercise-design, my personal understanding and cognition of the exercise-design are put forward, followed by some feasible and practical suggestions in hope of implementing references to exercise-writing in the future. |
