Non Valvular Disease, The Atrial Fibrillation And It Is Necessary To Study The Combination

Objective To explore the TCM syndrome typing、the syndrome elements and distribution of non—valvular atrial fibrillation and their combination laws so as to further deepen the study of syndrome standardization.Methods The clinical epidemiologic survey was carried out on64patients with non—valvular atrial fibrillation diagnosed by ECG and UCG.and the data was processed with medical statistics.The major object of the reasch come from the patients who admitted to the Heart Department of China Academy of Chinese Medical Scinese Guang An Men Hosipital during Mar.2012to Mar.2013Fil ling out the screening schedule which is made to do the epidemiological investigation about the TCM syndrome of non—valvular atrial fibrillation.Results (1)Of syndrome elements of non—valvular atrial fibrillation, There are nine mian types in which qi deficiency occupied87.5%and yin deficiency68.75%, being the main ones.Others lining up from more to less were blood stasis37.5%,water rheum29.7%,yan deficiency25%,heat phlegm20.3%,qi stagnation17.2%, yan deficiency15.6%,cold phlegml4.1.(2)There were a total of54combination patterns of syndrome elements, among which the combination of deficiency element with excess accounted for79.7%, while the deficiency element wasl5.6%.(3)The main patterns of combination could be summed up as:syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and yin plus blood stasis,syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and yin plus water rheum,These four patterns covered88.2%Conclusion Qi deficiency、yin deficiency、blood stasis、water rheum are the basic mechanism of non—alvular atrial fibri llation. syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and yin plus blood stasis,syndrome of dual deficiency of qi and yin plus water rheum are the main combination patterns. The combination of syndrome elements owns certain regularity.
