Prostate Cancer Bone Metastases To Study The Distribution Of The Type Of Syndrome And Syndrome Factor

Objective:1.To Investigate the distribution rule of Traditionai Chinese Medicine syndrome type and the feature of syndrome element of the Prostate cancer with bone metastasis.2.To count and analyze the syndrome elements connection with age, Radiotherapy,prostate-specific antigen.Methods:1.The literature research:systematically Sort out the literature research about the Prostate cancer with bone metastasis, and collect expert survey results, and reference to the corresponding diagnosis criteria, to summarize the Traditionai Chinese Medicine syndrome type and the syndrome elements of the Prostate cancer of bone metastases.2.Retrospective investigation:collecte the medical records of the61patients who have received medical treatment in our hospital from January2006to January2013and have got prostate cancer with bone metastasis, statistically analyze common syndrome elements of the61patients, and preliminarily summarize the distribution characteristics of the syndrome elements.3.Statistical analysis:statistically analyze establishment of data with using statistical software SPSS19.0, and observe distribution law of theTraditionai Chinese Medicine syndrome type and the Syndrome Element, and connection with Radiotherapy, prostate-specific antigen, age.Results:The most common disease location of syndrome elements in patients with Prostate cancer with bone metastasis is the kidney, followed by bones.bladder, liver, spleen. The most common disease resistance syndrome pattern is qi deficiency, blood stasis, hot.wet.qi stagnation.yin deficiency.sputum.Statistics suggest that there is no correlation between the syndrome element distribution and age groups, and that there is between a month radiotherapy or not and yin deficiency, in which there is no correlation with other syndrome element distribution. The patients who have radiotherapy in a month exist yin deficiency, hot syndrome element more than the one who no radiotherapy.Statistics suggest that there is no correlation between the syndrome element distribution and prostate-specific antigen.The common Traditionai Chinese Medicine syndrome type concluded from the syndrome element clustering analysis:Kidney deficiency syndrome, stasis Stranded in the bone syndrome, wet and hot block bladder syndrome.Conclusion: The Largest proportion disease location of syndrome elements of patients who have got prostate cancer with bone metastasis is kidney and the disease resistance syndrome elements is qi deficiency, radiotherapy can influence the distribution of the syndrome element in such a way that there is correlation between having a month radiotherapy or not and the distribution of yin deficiency and hot. Compared with patients without radiotherapy, patients with radiotherapy can more likely get yin deficiency and hot. The common Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome type is Kidney deficiency syndrome, followed by stasis Stranded in the bone syndrome and wet and hot block bladder syndrome.
