Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Xiaohuoluodan Combined With Opioid Analgesics In The Treatment Of Prostate Cancer Bone Metastasis Pain With Cold-damp Arthralgia Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaohuoluo pill add the ingredients combine with opioid painkillers treat cold and dampness resistance caused pain of the bone metastasis of prostate cancer.To help establish a propagable solution of the treatment of the bone metastasis of prostate cancer by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: To plan observe 70 cases,A randomized controlled clinical study was conducted to divide the cases into 2 groups,35 cases in each group.Because of lack of check data and take medicine not as required,both groups were excluded from 4cases.Finally,31 cases in the treatment group,31 cases in the control group.The treatment group:Opioid painkillers+ Xiaohuoluo pill add the ingredients,the control group:Opioid painkillers.The study took 14 days for 1 course of treatment.After the observation of 1 course,to compare the response rate of the pain of the bone metastasis,pain score,painkiller dose,TCM syndrome score,KPS score,outbreak of pain,drug side reaction,and making a statistical processing.Results:1.After the treatment,the response rate of the treatment group is 96.77%,the response rate of the control group is 70.97%.Both groups can make the pain relief.There were statistical differences between groups(P<0.05).2.After 2 weeks of treatment,both groups scored lower than before.There were statistical differences in each group(P<0.05).The pain score of the treatment group more than the control group.There were statistical differences between groups(P<0.05).3.Both groups improved the symptoms of pain caused by cold and dampness resistance after treatment.There were statistical differences between groups(P<0.05).It means the treatment group better than the control group in syndromes.4.There were KPS score improvement in each groups,But there were no statistical differences between groups(P>0.05).5.The mean of morphine usage was lower than before in both groups.There werestatistical differences between groups(P<0.05).6.There were no statistical differences between groups in vomiting and arrhythmia syndrome(P>0.05).There were statistical differences between groups in constipation syndrome(P<0.05).7.No outbreak of pain in period of the treatment.There was no significant abnormality in the groups' life signs and safety indexes.There was no serious adverse reaction.Conclusion:Xiaohuoluo pill add the ingredients combine opioid painkillers can make the improvement of the response rate of the pain of the bone metastasis of prostate cancer,lower pain scores,improvement the symptoms of pain caused by cold and dampness resistance,lower painkiller dose.There was no serious adverse reaction in treatment,safety and efficacy were affirmed.It suitable for further promotion.
