At present, the traditional Chinese medicine has made certain therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic ischemic nephropathy, showing its great potential and broad prospects in the field of the treatment of chronic ischemic nephropathy, this topic will be from two aspects of chronic ischemic nephropathy syndrome elements of modern clinical literature research and animal experiment to study the therapeutic effects of Chinese medicine in chronic ischemic nephropathy.Research objective:1.Based on the syndrome analysis of2980patients with chronic ischemic nephropathy reported on literature in recent10years,can be seen that the main card type and distribution of chronic ischemic nephropathy and provide the basis for the treatment of chronic ischemic renal disease of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.2.Establishment of rat model of chronic ischemic renal disease through animal experiment, through the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, to observe the effect of the Yiqi Tongluo Decoction in rat kidney tissue pathology and related protein expression level,and were analyzed, in order to clarify the chronic ischemic nephropathy inflammatory mechanisms and Yiqi Tongluo Decoction on chronic ischemic nephropathy treatment effect and mechanism of action.Research method:1.Clinical research methods:Retrieve the cases literature in recent10years,2980cases of patients with chronic ischemic nephropathy were collected, through the TCM Syndromes of these cases were recorded and statistics can be seen the syndrome distribution characteristics of chronic ischemic nephropathy.2. Animal experimental method:60male SD rats, were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group, the treatment group, and except the sham operation group, other groups were given model of bilateral renal artery insufficiency ligation replication of chronic ischemic nephropathy rats. Sham operation group and model group at postoperat ive day were given normal sal ine, the treatment group by gavage in postoperative day to Yiqi Tongluo Decoction, the kidneys were removed2weeks after operation in the three groups. Through HE,Masson staining to observe the pathological changes of kidney, and the pathologic changes of renal tissues of rats in each group standard evaluation score by pathology; immunohistochemistry staining method for the detection of ICAM-1, Ang, α-SMA.3. The statistical method:Application spssl7statistical software for statistical and using variance analysis.Research results:1.Discovered through clinical research:Pathogenesis of chronic ischemic nephropathy is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, deficiency and excess. deficiency ben is mainly Qi deficiency, excessive biao is mainly blood stasis, clinical with Qi deficiency and blood stasis is the most common.2. Discovered through animal experiment:Yiqi Tongluo Decoction can through reducing the expression of ICAM-1, Ang Ⅱ, α-SMA to intervene in the development of chronic ischemic nephropathy.Conclusion:1.Clinical syndromes of chronic ischemic nephropathy is the coexistence of deficiency and excess, deficiency ben is mainly Qi deficiency,excessive biao is mainly blood stasis, therefore,cl inical treatment can be emphasized.2. Therapeutic effect of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction on chronic ischemic nephropathy has been confirmed in clinical, so can be used as a basic prescription, clinical addition and subtraction,the effect to promote.
