The eczema, caused by plenty of internal&external reasons, is an inflammation skin disease, which has a tendency of obvious exudation. The lesions are diversity, and limited with infiltration and hypertrophy in the chronic phase. It’s accompanied with severe itching and easy to recrudesce.OBJCTIVE:by objectively evaluating the symptoms&the level of itching alter the Ez patients used the Eczema Formula, we could see whether the formula is effective. Furthermore, we are able to make the preliminary summary about the experience on treating the Ez of my teacher.METHODS:60selected Ez patients are given the Eczema Formula for twice a day, and the treatment lasts4to5weeks. According to the symptoms of Ez, we design a form the epidemiological questionnaire of Ez, and adopt the itself-comparison method to evaluate the clinical symptoms&the level of itching via the Eczema Area and Severity Index,(EASI)&the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).RESULTS:among the whole patients,21cases are non effective,26cases are effective,11cases are extremely effective, and2cases are cured. The total effective rate is65.00%.And the total effective rate on the group of Heat&Dampness Interior Accumulation is75.00%. The group of Blood Deficiency&Wind Dryness is61.54%. The Spleen Deficiency&Dampness Abundance is61.11%. The group of others is55.56%.
