Objective:By exploring the clinical syndromes and the correlation between the onset of diabetes course, observation of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome changes with longer duration of d iabetes, to explore the Yin scorching, qi and Yin deficiency, deficiency of Yin and Yang through the pathogenesis of development, and phlegm turbidity and blood both correlation in diabetes and its complications.Method:Screen TCM Department of Beijing Hospital’s nearly5years hospitalized patients of type2diabetes, according to duration of diabetes, the group is divided into five years or less,>5years and10years or less group,10years or more group, each group choose30cases of patients, and clinical data collection, including general data, clinical symptoms, onset time, patients in TCM four diagnostic data, and syndromes of TCM, clinical and biochemical indicators, and complications related to diabetes complications, etc. Through contrast research, observe the difference of three groups of information between, mainly to explore the TCM syndrome and the correlation between duration of diabetes.Result:All patients are overweight (BMI)24kg/m2or patients with a total of67cases (65.69%). Overweight patients have in five years or less group19cases (55.88%) and group>5years,10years or less overweight patients with29cases (85.29%), group)10years overweight patients with19cases (55.88%). Lipid abnormalities exist differences between groups but no statistical significance(P>0.05),hypertension,cerebrovascular disease and the differences between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), as the extension of the course, with the increase in the number of coronary heart disease. The increased number of blurred vision along with the extension of the duration of disease, there is statistical significance (P<0.05). Cold chills limbs, body mass. With the increase of course also have pain in increasing trend, but no statistical significance (P>0.05). The rest of the symptoms in there was no statistically significant difference between the groups. With5years or less occurrences of top three symptoms of sequence is thirst and fatigue, body pain and blurred vision;>5years or less10years before the occurrences of the three symptoms of sequence is lack of power, thirst, blurred vision;>10years before the occurrences of the three symptoms of sequence is fatigue, blurred vision, body hemp pain. Yang deficiency and blood stasis type this two basic certificate along with the extension of the duration of a frequency increasing trend. Both Yin and Yang defieiency syndrome as the course of the disease appears to extend the frequency increase. And qi deficiency, Yin def ic iency alone and combination are two most basic card type. Factors card along with the extension of the duration of its occurrence frequency increasing, whereas with the extension of the course in pure empirical decreasing.Conclusion:1.both qi and Yin deficiency throughout Type2diabetes, diabetes early empirical probability is opposite bigger, as the disease progresses slowly decrease, sex factors as the primary disease.2, although a little is the typical symptoms of T2DM, however found in clinical practice, most patients with type2diabetes, especially in patients with early,"a little" sanduo’s symptoms are not typical. And clinical see more weakness, spontaneous sweating, drowsiness, limb weakness weakness is weak, overweight, obesity, tongue cracks such as deficiency of symptoms and signs.3, as the duration extension in type2diabetes, the incidence of CVD.4, type2-diabetes every average duration period of BMI is greater than24, and each number in patients with overweight patients more than50%, the highest for>5years or less10years group (85.29%). Thus, overweight and obesity are important in the course of type2diabetes mellitus.
