Combining Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment Of Acute Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis Of The Clinical Curative Effect Observation

[Objective]:In this study,the methods of both the Integrative Medicine and conventional western medicine were respectively applied to treat acute DVT, to contrast the result of the clinical efficacy and Safety evaluation in two kinds of treatment programs.Discussing preliminarily the law of clinical treatment of acute DVT,and to provide a reference for clinical treatment improvements.[Methods]:This study selected60patients which be confirmed acute DVT, and applying the method of random number table, all the patients were divided into two groups, The control group including30cases(4cases was dropt in the end)applied conventional modern medicine treatment. The other30cases fallen under the treatment group which adopt the treatment of Integrative Medicine.After being treated14days,extracting the objective indicators on swelling limb (the D-value of Lower limbs circumference) from the pations of two groups to contrast.After4weeks, comparing and studyingthe clinical symptoms,signs and objective curative effect to clear treatment effect. At the same time,evaluating the treatment of safety. All of patients being treated were followed up after30days and60days.[Results]:①Comparing the two groups of patients with limbs pain improvement (p>0.05), not statistically significant, indicating that the two groups was no significant difference in efficacy on improving limb pain.In the studying,extracting the objective indicators about swelling limb (the D-value of lower limbs circumference) from the pations of two groups to contrast after being treated14days and4weeks, both ofthe results are p<0.05,There is difference,and account for the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the limb swelling.②Comparing the Color Doppler Flow Imaging showed two groups efficacy(P<0.05),there is difference, effect of treatment group is better than that ofthe control group.③After4weeks respectively, two groups apllied the above two kinds of plan,the total efficacy of the control group is92.31%,and treatment group is96.67%,P<0.05,There is difference,the clinical effect of control group is better than that of treatment group.④There are3cases with mild adverse reactions in both groups,accounting for0.05%of the total sample size,security of two clinical treatment are all right.⑤Followed up for30days and60days,to contrast two groups of effect (P<0.05), suggesting the short-term prognosis of control group clinical efficacy is better than the treatment group.[Conclusion]:①Using the methord of Integrative Medicine to cure acute DVT can improve the clinical curative effect, especially,it is obvious to improve the symptoms of limb swelling and promote thrombosis ablation, and the short-term prognosis of clinical curative effect is well.②The thinking of Staging and Dialectical analysis of Integrative Medicine push therapy program forward and tends to micro,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment methods is worthy of study and probe into.
