Integrative Treatment Of Deep Vein Thrombosis In The Efficacy Analysis

Objective:To observe and appraise its clinical curative effect synthetically on LDVT treated by the integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and westeni medicine.Method: We collected 44 patients who had been diagnosed deep LDVT and hospitalized in Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine University Hospital vascular surgical ward during January 2009 -2010 . According to TCM Syndrome Differentiation we put them into qi-stagnancy and blood stasis group and qi asthenia and blood stasis group .Give them antiplatelet adhesion anticoagulant and thrombolytic treatment of Western medicine and TCM Differential Treatment.Results: In the qi-stagnancy and blood stasis group that has 27 patients,clinical cure in 15 cases (56%),markedly effective in 11 cases, effective in 1 case. The total effective rate was 100%. In the qi asthenia and blood stasi group that has 17 patients,markedly effective in 15 cases(88%), effective in 1 case,noneffective in 1 patiennt. The total effective rate was 94%.Conclusion: We have made good curative effect through the method which is Western medicine diagnosis and treatment plus TCM Differential Treatment to treat LDVT .Significantly reduce limb swelling, relieve pain, reduce skin temperature, improve the skin color.
