Wang Junxian Teacher Academic Experience And The Clinical Research On Cancer Treatment Agent

Background:Professor Wang Junxian has been ingaged in blood tumor medicine nearly50years, accumulated rich clinical experience and formed his own unique way of cancer treatment, especially in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of esophageal cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer and so on. His experience has not been summar ied in system, and often wi th subject i ve elements.Objective:To sum up professor Wang’s academic thought of cancer treatment and clinical experience, explore his dialectical way of thinking and the regularity of medication, and provide a broader way in cancer treatment.Methods:This study is divided into two parts.Part1reviews:Review the concept, etiology, pathogenesis and treatment in cancer through the past and present literature on cancer awareness and research.Part2research:Use self-made clinical cases observation table to collect the fisrt visit information of the patient in professor Wang’s clinic.And use the descriptive statistical method to sort the appear frequency of commonly used drugs in four cancers. And use the statistical software SPSS18to chi-square test the relevance of cancer and medication, then discuss the results.Conclusion:Part1reviews:Through the review on cancer etiology and pathogenesis we find that the traditional theory is not enough to guide modern Chinese medicine treatment of cancer, various new theories have been play an important role in cancer treatment.Part2research:Professor Wang’s academic thoughts for the treatment of cancer include the followings:protect ing spleen and stomach, benefit ing qi and blood, combining traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine, combinating disease differentiation and dialectical.combinating traditional Chinese medici-ne with proprietary Chinese medicine.Teacher wang’s clinical experience is:(1) Primary lung cancer has five Syndrome types:1)Heat poison and Yin deficiency:Its therapeutic principle is nourishjing Yin, clearing heat and toxins. The prescription is Xie Bai San and Sang Xing Tang.2) Phlegm retention in the lung:Its therapeutic principle is to cure spleen and lung, eliminating phlegm and dampness. Commonly prescription is Er Chen Tang and San Zi Yang Qin Tang.3) Both lung and spleen deficiency; Its therapeutic principle is tonify spleen and lung.The prescription is Si Jun Zi Tang and Dang Gui Bu Xue Tang.4)Qi deficiency and phlegm retention:The therapeutic principle is tonifying qi, eliminating phlegm to smooth wheezing. The prescription is Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang.5)The gall and stomach in disharmony: The therapeutic principle is clearing the gall and reconcile the stomach. The prescription is Wen Dan Tang.(2) The essential cause of the stomach cancer is the weak of spleen and stomach.So professor Wang often uses Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi Tang to treat the stomach cancer, add and subtract medicine according to the symptoms.(3) About the esophageal cancer, Professor Wang often uses Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Tang to cure it, add and subtract medicine according to the symptoms.(4)The prescription of the liver cancer is Bie Jia Jian Wan, add and subtract medicine according to the symptoms.Significance:This research has comprehensively summarized professor Wang’ S academic thought and clinical experience on the four cancers, and made it easy to inheri tance and carry forward soas to relieve more pa tients’s pain and improve their quality of life.
